Wait. My last post was June 2013?
That's bad...

So..
Happy belated Hollaween...belated Christmas...and belated New year!!

What's new?

My first Pop-Up book was published around the Christmas time (2013). The book turns out looking so amazing. I had so much fun working on this book with the amazingly talented artist Yevgeniya Yeretskaya and the help from the lovely A. D. Monika Brandrup.

Here's a video of the book.

You can find the book in any Cost Plus World Market and Barnes & noble, and amazon.com.

Thank you for reading my super late Christmas post! :D

Heights-
The word Heights reminds me of the high ceiling of this piano bar, it is also reminds me the scale of it. it is a 11 X 19" paper cut illustration done by me. I hand cut and glue every pieces and it was a fun process :) hope you will like it.

It is not a very good photograph of it. I will definitely re-upload the photo of it again in the future. This piece is not completely done yet, some areas are still needed to fix. =)

this is so fun and I feel so relaxed while doing them. Linoleum cut  is  now officially my "stress-relief" exercise.
They didnt take long to carve, around 15-30mins per piece.
